Euroports Code of Conduct

Euroports Code of Conduct - All breaches concerning the Code of Conduct (which is commonly called whistle-blowing) are recorded and reported both through HR Management and the Group Legal Counsel of Euroports. The modalities of reporting towards involved persons may vary according to local law. The Executive Committee receives a quarterly report listing the violations and the measures taken to address them. Should improper practices or irregularities occur within the Group, necessary corrections and remedial action will be taken to prevent any recurrence.
